 · I am using iDVD version I am finding the following difficulties: 1/ If I select 'Slide Duration' of say '5 seconds' (or any amount) in the iDVD slideshow creation screen, then when I burn the DVD you cannot pause the slideshow as it plays, it gives the meassage 'The player (DVD player) can not do that now' and keeps running through to end. Select nonconsecutive clips. Click first clip, ⌘-click each additional one. Nudge video clip. Click clip, then press right arrow (add Shift to move 10 frames at a time) to create black gap. Shorten clip (ripple edit) Drag clip’s edge inward (other clips slide left to close up the gap) Shorten clip (creating gap) ⌘-drag clip’s edge inward.  · I have just completed a Keynote slide show lasting approx 14 mins. with backgound music taken from my iTunes file. I want to be able to show it on the tv screen. I have viewed the slide show procedure in the iDVD, which is reasonably close to that used in the Keynote procedure.

To get the keynote presentation into an iDVD slideshow that you can advance slide by slide with a DVD player remove you need to convert each Keynote slide to a jpg file. To to this go to the view all slide window, select all of the slides and type Command+P to start a print job.
